I work down the street so me and the girls I work with go a couple times a week to get a healthy lunch in rather than fast food like we used to do prior to the opening of this place! Their shakes legit keep me full and also curb my sweet tooth. Their teas are really great too especially if you need some extra hydration but are sick of drinking plain water. You can add collagen, probiotic, immunity and all sorts of stuff to the teas and shakes. I really am so thankful something like this is so close to my house and work. I’ll definitely be a long time customer. ”
“ I stopped by here after a day at the beach, wanting a nice refreshment and I was not let down! Bayshore Nutrition is a really hip, adorably decorated place and it’s vibes are on point. They have a good menu, lots of different options. If you’ve never tried an energized tea you are really are missing out. They have healthy caffeine, taste AMAZING, and are not really actually teas. They don’t taste like an herbal tea, it’s more a fruity drink. I got the blue razz peach, and though I don’t think it tasted how it was named, it was super refreshing and the perfect pick-me-up after spending a few hours in the draining sun. The shakes are awesome. I got the mocha latte one and it’s the best shake I’ve had from a nutrition place in a while. It was blended perfectly and just super chocolately and delicious. The owners were super friendly too. I had a great conversation with them. I will say, no nutrition place is cheap but it seemed like it was even a little spendier than other places I’ve been. But the product was at least worth it. ”

Had the Ctamel.Macchiato protein Shake, which I love because these shakes are very tasty and delicious, they don't have that cardboard grainy taste others have. Also ordered the Mega Teas this always gives me the boost I need in the afternoon during work without feeling slugish or crashing. The service was very enjoyable and the staff very professional and knowledgeable. The place was very clean and had good vibe. Will definitely be coming back for more! Recommend! ”

My girlfriend and I have come here close to daily for a year and the best part about this place is not their drinks, it's the people. Filiz and Joe are so welcoming and make the place feel like a home. They always give us flavors to try and make our days better. People keep coming here for a reason, definitely a must have if you're in the area. My favorite shakes are the blueberry muffin and the fried ice cream as a power shake, tastes way too good to be true, but it is! (40 grams of protein) ”

The lady I spoke to was amazing so sweet and explained the way they do things since I know every club is different. She gave me a Starburst mega tea with collagen and let me tell u...IT WAS AMAZING!!! And I got a coffee to go!
